Significant Tek started in 2023 in Austin, Texas. The idea was simple. Staffing works better when the people running the search have actually done the work they are hiring for.
We are a deliberately small firm with two sides that feed each other. The consulting side keeps us sharp on cloud, data, and delivery. The staffing side puts that judgment to work finding people who can walk in and contribute in week one.
Clients come to us when a role has been open too long or a project cannot slip. They stay because we return calls, keep our word, and treat their hiring decision like it was our own.
